PURPOSE: A system for manufacturing and delivery of medical treatment liquid is provided which has such a structure that is adaptable to a system in which a medical treatment liquid directly manufactured by a hospital and is delivered in real time through a feed line to a medical apparatus associated with each of patients requiring the liquid. CONSTITUTION: The system(100) for manufacturing and delivery of medical treatment liquid comprises: a main tank(10) for mixing pure water supplied from a pure water supply portion(11) and a powder for manufacturing medical treatment liquid; a holding tank(20) capable of selectively receiving the medical treatment liquid of the main tank through a main pump(26) installed at a main path(22); a closed loop delivery path(32) whose both ends communicate with the holding tank for passing through a kidney unit(30), in order to supply the medical treatment liquid stored in the holding tank to the kidney unit including at least one artificial kidney; and a delivery pump(34) installed on the delivery path.
