PURPOSE: An electroluminescence display device and a method are provided to reduce work time and prevent waste of material, by testing adhesive properties of a connection film, a pad, and a conductive film without performing a test process. CONSTITUTION: An electroluminescence display device comprises a connection film connected to a driver circuit; a pad connected to the connection film so as to supply the driving signal output from the driver circuit to a signal line formed on a substrate(101); a conductive film for connecting the connection film and the pad; and a plurality of dummy pads formed into a structure of at least two layers including a transparent conductive layer. At least one of the dummy pads is formed such that the transparent conductive layer is exposed so as to test adhesive properties of the connection film, pad, and the conductive film.
