POLYAMIDE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR CHAIR OF VEHICLES COMPRISING POLYAMIDE RESIN, MELAMINE CYANURATE-BASED FLAME RETARDANT, REINFORCEMENT AND DIACID

PURPOSE: Provided is a polyamide resin composition for the chair of vehicles which shows satisfactory smoke suppression and flame retardancy and is excellent in impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: The polyamide resin composition comprises a polyamide resin; 5-30 wt% of a melamine cyanurate-based flame retardant represented by the formula 1; 0-30 wt% of a reinforcement; and 0.1-5 wt% of a diacid. The polyamide resin composition has a specific optical density (Ds) (smoke suppression) of 200 or less, a flame retardancy V0 at a thickness of 1/32 inch, a melt index of 20 or more and an impact strength of 8 kg·cm/cm or more. Preferably the polyamide resin is a polyamide 6 or polyamide 66 resin having a relative viscosity of 1.5-3 (20 deg.C, 1 g of polymer in 100 ml of 96% sulfuric acid); the reinforcement is a glass fiber, an inorganic material or their mixture; and the diacid is an aliphatic diacid, an aromatic diacid or their mixture.
