PURPOSE: A feed forward linearization circuit is provided to improve power efficiency of an amplifier by removing delay lines of loss components. CONSTITUTION: A feed forward linearization circuit adds a distortion component signal, included in an output signal of a pre-amplifier in the first feed forward loop, to an output signal of the pre-amplifier(24). The distorting component is removed from the output of the pre-amplifier. The processed signal is inputted to a main-amplifier and is amplified. The result is amplified in a main-amplifier(32). A distortion component signal, included in the signal amplified by the main-amplifier formed in a second feed forward loop, is added to the signal amplified in the main-amplifier. The distortion component in the amplified signal is removed to generate a final output signal.
