PURPOSE: To provide a cooling water spray apparatus with function of settling pressure disparity, wherein the apparatus automatically removes the foreign materials adhered to a filter nozzle and performs flushing operation of the inside of a descaling pipe without application of artificial force to remove foreign materials adhered to a filter of descaling header nozzle. CONSTITUTION: In a cooling water spray apparatus for removing scale adhered to the upper and lower surfaces of a rolled product by spraying cooling water of high pressure onto the rolled product, the cooling water spray apparatus with function of settling pressure disparity comprises a nozzle body(1) which is positioned at a plurality of nozzle holes formed on a descaling pipe and consisted of a lower nozzle tip(51) part and an upper cylindrical part formed in such a way that waterways are formed in four directions in the upper cylindrical part; a plurality of spools inserted into the waterways formed in the upper cylindrical part of the nozzle body; a spindle(6) positioned at a central part of the nozzle body by clamping the spools with links; a spring embedded cylinder(11) fixed to an upper portion of the spindle; and an electronic valve(12) for operating the spring embedded cylinder by receiving a signal of a pressure transmitter(21) for detecting a pressure signal from the nozzle body.
