PURPOSE: A billi roll-tilting device of a strip grinder is provided to prevent partial side wear by enabling one end of a billi roll to ascend and descend and adjusting an angle to a contact roll. CONSTITUTION: A billi roll-tilting device of a strip grinder comprises base members(10) installed to the right and left upper parts of a support frame(112) where a billi roll(102) of the strip grinder is installed, in the longitudinal direction of a strip; a rotating member(11) put to the upper part of the base members in the longitudinal direction; a lifting and lowering unit installed to the inside of the base member, to selectively lift the free end of the rotating member; and a movement-preventing unit for preventing movement of the rotating member when the rotating member is lifted. One end of the rotating member is rotatably installed to a rotating shaft(12) arranged to the base member in the transverse direction of the strip. A pivot of the billi roll is pivotably combined to the upper center of the rotating member via a bearing member(13).
