PURPOSE: A secondary foaming method of a Styrofoam-pressing type-foaming machine and a device thereof are provided to produce manufactures in large quantities in a short time and to shorten working hours. CONSTITUTION: In a secondary foaming device of a Styrofoam-pressing type-foaming machine, a hopper(2) is installed to an upper side of a foaming machine body(1) and a motor rotating a screw is installed to the center of the foaming machine. A discharge outlet opening and closing by a cylinder is installed to a lower side of the foaming machine. A drying part and a crushing part(8) for crushing lumps of beads are integrally installed. A level switch is installed to an upper side of the hopper and a shutter valve(4) and a butterfly valve are installed to the lower end of the hopper in a multistage shape. In a perspective window(6) installed to the bottom of the foaming machine body, level switches(7) are installed to the upper and lower part of a photo sensor. Several fastening holes for installing the level switches are formed in a multistage shape to enable movement of the level switches. A feed pipe(9) is installed to the lower end of the crushing part to feed foamed beads to the upper part of a storage tank(11) by a blower(10). A feed pipe(12) is installed to the lower end of the storage tank and is installed to the upper side of the hopper installed to the upper side of the foaming machine body by a blower(10').
