PURPOSE: An internal pressure-type slip joint device is provided to shut off a gap between an outer pipe and a slip pipe by a moving fluid fed through a fluid feed line without additional pressure gas. CONSTITUTION: An internal pressure-type slip joint device comprises an outer pipe(10) having one end to which a pipe is connected, to constitute a passage(50) of a moving fluid; a slip pipe(20) having one end to which the pipe is connected; and an elastic sealing member(30) formed to a gap between the outer pipe and the slip pipe, in a state capable of expanding the volume by the moving fluid. The other end of the slip pipe is inserted in the outer pipe in a state capable of partially sliding along the pipe axis direction. The slip pipe slides if deformation in the pipe axis direction of the pipe in the outer pipe occurs. The elastic sealing member constitutes an expansion space to hinder the moving fluid from leaking out of the gap between the outer pipe and the slip pipe.
