HRP(HORSERADISH PEROXIDASE) CONJUGATED CARASSIUS AURATUS VITELLOGENIN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND METHOD FOR MEASURING VITELLOGENIN USING THE SAME WITH REDUCED TIME AND IMPROVED ACCURACY

PURPOSE: A HRP(horseradish peroxidase) conjugated Carassius auratus vitellogenin monoclonal antibody and a method for measuring vitellogenin using the same antibody are provided, thereby rapidly measuring vitellogenin and improving the measuring accuracy through inhibition of the nonspecific binding by directly binding a second monoclonal antibody coupling with the enzyme with the vitellogenin antigen. CONSTITUTION: The HRP(horseradish peroxidase) conjugated Carassius auratus vitellogenin monoclonal antibody is produced from a hybridoma cell line CVmA2(KCTC 10613BP). The method for measuring vitellogenin comprises the steps of: binding a vitellogenin antigen on the surface of a micro well plate coupling with a first Carassius auratus vitellogenin antibody; directly binding a second HRP conjugated Carassius auratus vitellogenin monoclonal antibody to the vitellogenin antigen; and inserting a test sample into the micro well plate.
