SEMICONDUCTOR LED DEVICE TO FABRICATE LIGHT SOURCE OF MULTI WAVELENGTHS

PURPOSE: A semiconductor LED(light emitting diode) device is provided to fabricate a light source of multi wavelengths by using a single driving voltage and a low voltage while using AlGaAs-based, AllnGaN-based and AllnGaP-based semiconductor devices and by using red, blue and greed LED's. CONSTITUTION: A red LED device is serially connected to a silicon or gallium arsenic diode. A blue LED device is connected in parallel to the serially connected two devices. A greed LED device is connected to the serially connected two devices in the same way as the blue LED device so that the LED devices are operated at the same driving voltage.
