PURPOSE: A device is provided to simplify the configuration of the device and achieve improved workability by permitting a rope to be directly and conveniently inserted into or separated from the main body of the device. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a main body(1) and a divided body(1a) which are coupled by hinges(2,2a). Movable support members(5,5a) with a coupling rod(6a-1), a coupling hole(6-1), and a spring are fitted to fixed support members(6,6a) which are arranged in the main body and the divided body. Eccentric press members(4,4a) formed at an inner end of an operating rod(3) are arranged to contact lower ends of the movable support members. The operating rod is secured into a through hole(3a) formed at the main body. Members(1-1,1a-1) coupled to top and bottom of the main body and the divided body, have a stopper groove(8-1) and a stopper rod(8). A handle(8b) with a spring(9) is arranged on an operating rod(8a) connected to the stopper rod. |
