PURPOSE: A control system of a robot cleaner is provided to enable concentrated cleaning of a part in the whole space. CONSTITUTION: A control system of a robot cleaner comprise a signal-transmitting unit(20) transmitting a reference signal by wireless, and a cleaning unit(10) receiving the reference signal and executing cleaning while traveling in a cleaning zone set according to the received reference signal. The cleaning unit sets up the peripheral area standoff at a set distance in all directions from the signal-transmitting unit, as the cleaning zone. The signal-transmitting unit comprises a case(22) including a transmitter and a support unit(24) of a square pyramid shape supporting the case.
