METHOD FOR MASS PROPAGATION OF STOCK AND ADVENTITIOUS ROOT OF ACANTHOPANAX KOREANUM NAKAI USING BIOREACTOR WITH REDUCED COST ALL THE YEAR ROUND

PURPOSE: A method for mass propagation of stock and adventitious root of Acanthopanax Koreanum nakai using bioreactor is provided, thereby cheaply producing the adventitious root of Acanthopanax Koreanum nakai all the year round. CONSTITUTION: The method for mass propagation of adventitious root of Acanthopanax Koreanum nakai using bioreactor comprises the steps of: (a) cutting the root of Acanthopanax Koreanum nakai which is in vitro cultured under antiseptic condition, and culturing the root in a broth medium containing a plant growth stimulating material to induce the adventitious root of Acanthopanax Koreanum nakai; (b) cutting and culturing the adventitious root of Acanthopanax Koreanum nakai in the broth medium containing the plant growth stimulating material; and (c) cutting the cultured adventitious root of Acanthopanax Koreanum nakai and culturing it in broth medium containing the plant growth stimulating material in a bioreactor in a large scale at an air supplying rate of 0.01 to 0.1 vvm, wherein the plant growth stimulating material in step (a) is selected from IBA, NAA and 2,4-D; the plant growth stimulating material in step (b) is selected from IBA, TDZ and zeatin; and the plant growth stimulating material in step (c) is selected from IBA, TDZ and zeatin.
