PURPOSE: A bioreactor is provided which completely blocks the inner portion from the outer portion at high pressure or vacuum condition to accomplish aseptic cultivation by preventing the cultured liquid from bacteria contamination, and to reduce its manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: The bioreactor comprises supporting bars(36a, 36b) with axis supporting portion(38, 40); a top-opened culture vessel(42) having a rotation axis(42a); a vessel cover(44) with a rotation axis(44a); a connecting rod(48) of which both ends are connected to a rotation motor(46) and the top surface of the vessel cover(44), respectively; an air supplying pipe(50) for supplying air into the culture vessel(42); an air discharging pipe(51) for discharging air from the culture vessel(42); a circulation portion(52) covering the circumference of the culture vessel(42); and a discharging pipe(54) for discharging the products in the culture vessel(42).
