PURPOSE: An electromagnetic force-driving minute valve is provided to restrict a flow of a fluid in a passage pipe or freely control the flow rate and to simplify the structure. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic force-driving minute valve comprises a housing including an input end and an output end of a fluid; permanent magnets each mounted to the input end part and the output end part of the housing; and a minute valve element mounted between the permanent magnets to restrict a flow of the fluid or freely control the flow rate. The minute valve element comprises a substrate(1); an orifice(10); a flap(2) formed in a state standoff from the substrate to open and close the orifice or freely control the open area of the orifice in which the fluid flows; a coil(4) formed on the flap to drive the flap; and a spring(3) connecting the flap to a fixing part of the substrate part and providing restoring force proportional to the displacement of the flap.
