PURPOSE: A subscriber interface device in a communication/broadcasting integrated FTTH(Fiber To The Home) system is provided to transmit a 125Mb/s Ethernet signal to a baseband instead of a passband, and to use a high carrier frequency during a digital modulation, thereby using optical transceiver bands to the maximum and easily stabilizing transceiving functions. CONSTITUTION: The first and second modulators(51-1,51-2) modulate broadcasting/image channels, respectively. The first and second frequency generators(52-1,52-2) generate carrier frequencies for each broadcasting/image channel. The first and second band pass filters(53-1,53-2) limit bands to suppress noise of modulated signals. A low pass filter(55) limits a band of a baseband 125Mb/s Ethernet signal. An RF combiner(54) combines the 125Mb/s Ethernet signal with the modulated broadcasting/image channel signals. An optical transmitter(110-1) converts the combined communication/broadcasting data to optical data. An optical receiver(111-1) receives an Ethernet signal from an FTTH ONT, and converts the signal into an electrical signal.
