PURPOSE: An information storage medium including graphic data containing presentation information, and a device and a method for processing the same are provided to shorten a time for processing the graphic data and save a memory by reusing a graphic object when the graphic data is processed. CONSTITUTION: A coding data buffer(231) receives/stores the coded graphic data and outputs the coded graphic data according to the presentation information included in the graphic data. A decoder(232) decodes the coded graphic data. A screen formation buffer(235) stores screen formation information among the decoded graphic data. The first buffer(233) divides/stores an object of the decoded graphic data for each graphic object identifier. The second buffer(234) stores graphic screen information formed by the screen formation information by receiving the graphic object used for screen formation among the graphic objects stored in the first buffer. An image controller(236) controls graphic object transfer from the first buffer to the second buffer by receiving the screen formation information stored in the screen formation buffer.
