PURPOSE: An online shopping mall combined with a one integrated offline shopping mall including Internet terminals and samples of the online shopping mall, and an operating method thereof are provided to enable a customer to buy a product without leaking card information after seeing diverse actual products by installing the Internet terminal and the samples of the online products. CONSTITUTION: The one offline shopping mall(10), and a dedicated area equipped with the Internet terminal(20) and a printer(30) are installed. Goods(40) registered to the online shopping mall are displayed to the offline shopping mall. A settlement window(50), a server form managing data, a company computer(70) for delivering the samples and selling the goods, and a customer computer(80) connected to the customer from the outside are installed to the offline shopping mall. Thus, the customer performs shopping for the numerous products on the terminal through the online without space transfer, and makes a decision/settlement after seeing the actual product.
