PURPOSE: A drum brake device of a vehicle is provided to increase braking efficiency due to equal contact between a drum and a shoe and to prevent partial wear of the shoe by transmitting operation force from a wheel cylinder through an operating arm. CONSTITUTION: A drum brake device of a vehicle has an operation force transmitting member for crossing and delivering equally operation force transmitted from a wheel cylinder(14) in braking to both front end portions of left and right shoes(16). The operation force transmitting member is composed of a contact unit(24a) disposed at one front end and contacted with the wheel cylinder; a turn spot unit(22) supported orbitally on a back plate(18) in the center; and an operating arm(24) having first and second projection units(24b,24c) arranged at both tips and contacted with both front ends of the left and right shoes with crossing each other.
