PURPOSE: A prefabricated vehicle entry-preventing rod is provided to facilitate maintenance work by detachably arranging support blocks installed to the periphery of the vehicle entry-preventing rod and to enable a driver or a pedestrian to easily see the vehicle entry-preventing rod with the naked eyes by forming first and second discrimination parts to the upper end of the vehicle entry-preventing rod. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated vehicle entry-preventing rod comprises a vehicle entry-preventing rod(10); a support frame(20) installed in the ground; and at least one support blocks(24) fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the support frame. The support frame has a space part(22) in which the vehicle entry-preventing rod is inserted. The support blocks support the vehicle entry-preventing rod. First and second discrimination parts(14,16) for a driver or a pedestrian are formed to the upper end of the vehicle entry-preventing rod.
