CONNECTOR AND A LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME TO REDUCE SIZE AND DEAL WITH A HIGH VOLTAGE

PURPOSE: A connector and a liquid crystal display device using the same are provided to reduce size and deal with a high voltage by increasing clearance and creepage distance. CONSTITUTION: A male connector(1) has a contact pin part(15) and lead parts(17,19). Two pin contacts(4) of the contact pin part, accepted in a box-type base housing(3) and placed at its left and right sides in parallel, are protruded from a backside sidewall(6) of the base housing to an aperture part formed at a front part of the base housing. The lead parts, protruded from the backside sidewall to a lower direction, passes through one surface(53a) of a print wiring plate(53). The lead parts are leaded at the other surface(53b) of the print wiring plate. A lower isolation wall(50) is placed between the lead parts at a lower part of the base housing and protruded to the lower direction so as to pass through the print wiring plate.
