PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire is provided to increase handling performance under severe road conditions, to suppress separation at a bead unit, and to improve fuel efficiency of a vehicle by reducing the weight of the bead unit. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire is composed of a tread unit(1), a side wall unit(2), and a bead unit(3). The bead unit comprises a bead core(31) formed by winding the bead unit with a plurality of wires(311) and a bead filler(32) installed on the upper part of the bead core. The bead filler is formed by bending a metal plate in a triangle shape. A bottom side(321,322) of the bead filler is split. Each split bottom side is inserted and combined to the wires forming the bead core.
