PURPOSE: An electronic apparatus is provided to obtain a high strength casing for prevent leakage of electromagnetic waves from inside of the apparatus and prevent influence of external electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: An electronic device comprises at least a casing(20) for accommodating an electronic component therein. The casing is made of a carbon fiber reinforced resin including a conductive layer(22) and an insulating layer(23). The conductive layer is made of a mixture of a carbon fiber and a thermoplastic resin(21b). In the insulating layer, only the thermoplastic resin is exposed on a surface of the conductive layer.
