MULTI-LAYER NON-WOVEN FABRICS FOR PROTECTING BACK SHEET WITHIN DIAPER USING SPUNBOND NON-WOVEN FABRIC AND MELTBLOWN NON-WOVEN FABRIC

PURPOSE: A multi-layer nonwoven fabric is provided to protect a back sheet within a diaper by consisting of a spunbond/a meltblown/a spunbond nonwoven fabric, which is so strong to prevent super absorbent polymers(SAP) from moving into and breaking a back sheet film. CONSTITUTION: The multi-layer nonwoven fabric consists of a polyolefin-based spunbond/a meltblown/a polyolefin-based spunbond nonwoven fabric. The meltblown nonwoven fabric weighs 0.2-3gsm. The multi-layer nonwoven fabric weighs 6-15gsm of weight and has more than 40% pore size. A spunbond nonwoven fabric and a meltblown nonwoven fabric can be made in 1 layer or more than 2 layers. A polyolefin-based resin is a polypropylene. A multi-layer nonwoven fabric is placed between an absorbent and a back sheet within a diaper.
