PURPOSE: A living buyback on pawning business is provided to enable a customer to easily convert living articles difficult to be handled by a financial institution into cash, and offer a specialized pawning service maximizing a synergy effect according to combination of online and offline pawnshops by introducing a scientific system and continuously managing members. CONSTITUTION: A distributing company buys floating assets owned by an individual. At the same time, the distributing company and a pawning company perform a pawning transaction for the floating asset. A loan of the pawning company is paid to the distributing company. A rental contract for the floating asset is made between the individual and the distributing company. The individual pays a use fee to the distributing company every month. For expiration of the contract, the individual buys back the floating asset. The distributing company refunds a fund by sale or buyback of the floating asset to the pawning company. The pawning company cancels the right of pledge for the floating asset.
