PURPOSE: A hair brush radiating an ion and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have a sterilization, blood circulation, electrostatic generation control and scalp purification abilities. CONSTITUTION: The hair brush radiating an ion comprises a plurality of brush hairs; a mounting plate in which the brush hairs are fixed and disposed; a body to which the mounting plate is bonded; and natural coral powders. The natural coral powders have a particle size of 500 meshes. The natural coral powders are mixed with a paint, a liquid synthetic resin and a rubber and used at painting the body of the hair brush, forming the hairs of the hair brush and forming the mounting plate.
