PURPOSE: Provided is a coin-type lithium battery holder to allow a lithium battery to be discharged easily by simple operation without the releasing process of the screw engagement for accommodating or exchanging a lithium battery. CONSTITUTION: The coin-type lithium battery holder(100) comprises an ejection bar(110) which has a rack gear(111) at one side and a button part at the other side; a pinion gear(120) which is gear-connected with the rack gear of the ejection bar; a pusher(130) which is geared with the rotation of the pinion gear to be slid for a rectilineal movement for discharging a coin-type lithium battery; a convert part(140) which converts the rotation movement of the pinion gear into the rectilineal movement of the pusher; a battery accommodation part(150) where the lithium battery is accommodated; and a battery cover part(160) which covers the battery accommodation part.
