PURPOSE: A terminal having a camera and a photograph data processing method of the terminal having the camera are provided to insert information on a camera phone owner in watermarking method when a photographed image is encoded into digital data, and to extract the watermarked information from the digital image when the digital image is circulated, thereby tracking a circulator. CONSTITUTION: A camera sensor(10) photographs a subject to be pictured, and generates image data. A camera data encoder and watermark embedder(20) compresses the generated image data to form digital image data, and adds watermarks. A memory(40) stores the watermarked digital image data. The camera data encoder and watermark embedder(20) simultaneously performs a process of encoding an electrical signal into the digital image data and a process of embedding information on a terminal user in the encoded digital image data.
