PURPOSE: A dispenser is provided to making a one-sided or double-sided tape easily cut without getting loose and sticking and to easily cut the cut tape in the longitudinal direction of the tape to make the cut tape in a Y-shape. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser for a one-sided or double-sided tape comprises a tape layer(22) made of a material of various types like a non-woven fabric, a fabric, elastic rubber, and others; an adhesive agent layer applied to one side or both sides of the tape layer; and a release base paper layer(23) attached to the adhesive agent layer again. The dispenser has a tape-pressing unit for pressing a spring by the elastic force of the spring in cutting and a spring-pressing unit for pressing the spring giving elastic force to the tape-pressing unit. The cut tape is fitted into tape-fitting openings to cut the tape in the longitudinal direction.
