WIRELESS DISPLAY DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR DISPLAYING COMPRESSED DIGITAL VIDEO SIGNAL AND ANALOG VIDEO SIGNAL THEREOF

PURPOSE: A wireless display device, and a method for displaying a compressed digital video signal and an analog video signal thereof are provided to enhance efficiency of the display device by additionally installing a video decoder for processing various kinds of video signals to the wireless video processor including a video input port. CONSTITUTION: A video input part(700) receives the analog video signal. The video decoder(800) digitalizes the input analog video signal. A GPIO(General Purpose Input/Output)(530) selects an output signal of a multimedia decoder(600) or the video decoder, and transfers it to the video input port(563). A CPU core(540) controls output selection of the GPIO module by responding to an operation mode selected from a user. The operation mode is one of a wireless monitor mode for displaying the digital video signal transferred from a host computer through a wireless module(400) and an analog video mode for displaying the analog video signal.
