PURPOSE: A liquid-egg mixer combined with an automatic egg breaker is provided to minimize manual work and working hours and to maximize work efficiency, by effectively separating the shell and contents of an egg and mixing and abstracting the white of the egg and the yellow of the egg by the liquid-egg mixer. CONSTITUTION: In a liquid-egg mixer combined with an automatic egg breaker, an egg feed part(3) and an egg supply part(2) successively supplying eggs one by one are arranged to the upper part of a rectangular large out case(1). The out case includes a breaking part(4) breaking and boring the shell of an egg; a liquid-egg mixer(5) mixing the white of the egg and the yellow of the egg; an egg mixture storage receptacle(6); an air pump(7) driving the egg feed part and the breaking part; and a control box(10) controlling the operation of each device. A filtering net(8) for separating the shell and contents is built in the liquid-egg mixer.
