PURPOSE: A vertical flat-card mount is provided to prevent accidents due to falling of an operator and to increase convenience by using a mounting portion which moves the flat-card automatically up and down. CONSTITUTION: A vertical flat-card mount includes a post(2), a support rod(5), a moving member(6), and a driver(7). The post includes a fixing mount for fixing a lower portion of a flat-card embedded therein. The support rod is implemented on both ends of the post in a length direction and includes a guide hole(51) on side portions in the length direction. The moving member includes a moving bore(61) having a fixing clip(61a), an upper horizontal rod(62), and a rope(63) wound around the support rod and the post. The driver includes a driving pulley(71), a shaft(72) coupled with a side of the driving pulley, and a driving motor for rotating the shaft.
