The system has a high temperature circuit (12) with a heat radiator (26), and a low temperature circuit (14), where the circuits use same heat transfer fluid. Two valves (44, 46) interposed between the circuits are movable between a closed position in which the radiator is part of the circuit (12) and an open position in which the radiator is a part of the circuit (14) for cooling a condenser (32) of the circuit (14). The radiator is used to heat a cab interior of a motor vehicle, and the condenser is connected to an air-conditioning system of the vehicle.
