SYSTEM AND METHOD VERIFYING IMPURITIES, FRAGMENTS AND DEFECTS IN MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC STRUCTURE AND INCREASING QUALITY OF FINISHED PRODUCTS

PURPOSE: A verifying system and a verifying method of impurities, fragments and defects of synthetic structure are characterized by detecting the defects and the fragments rapidly, reducing labor force, reducing a production cost and increasing quality of parts because the system is automatized. CONSTITUTION: A system(10) verifying impurities, fragments and defects in manufacturing synthetic structure comprises: a source(14) of light illuminating a part of the structure with illumination of a bright range and the other part of the structure with illumination of a dim range; and a camera(12) receiving an image of the part illuminated in the structure. The illumination of the bright range is reflected differentially in accordance with the defects of the structure except parts not having the defects. The illumination of the dim range is reflected differentially in accordance with the impurities and the fragments of the structure except parts not having the impurities and the fragments. A verifying method of the impurities, the fragments and the defects of the structure is as follows: illuminating the parts of the structure except the parts not having the defects with the illumination of the bright range; illuminating the parts of the structure except the parts not having the impurities and the fragments with the illumination of the dim range; getting the image of the illuminated parts of the structure; analyzing the image to verify the defects illuminated with the illumination of the bright range; and then analyzing the image to verify the impurities and the fragments illuminated with the illumination of the dim range.
