PURPOSE: Provided is an interior panel coated with thermosetting plastics, which has excellent resistance to heat, cold, and water, provides various coating layers depending on patterns and gloss, and is an environment-friendly article without giving off formaldehyde. CONSTITUTION: The interior panel coated with thermosetting plastics is manufactured by a process comprising the steps of: applying a thermosetting adhesive(2) to a wood panel(1); uniting a wood sheet(3) to the adhesive wood panel in a hot press to obtain the interior panel; repairing crack or overlapping of the wood sheet(3) on the interior panel, thereafter polishing the interior panel; obtaining an impregnated interior panel by applying liquid thermosetting plastics(4) to the interior panel to impregnate the wood sheet(3) and then dry it; obtaining a resin coating interior panel by hardening thermosetting plastics(4) on the impregnated interior panel in a hot press to form a thermosetting coating layer on the wood sheet(3); and adhering a wood sheet(3) or a resin impregnated sheet to the undersurface of the interior panel to prevent bending.
