PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consider a waterproofness when submerged in a folding type portable terminal in which a first housing and a second housing foldable to the first housing are coupled by a flexible printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The folding type portable terminal includes the first housing A1 having an input key substrate 5 and having a case packing 7, the second housing having a display unit substrate 11 and having a case packing 13 in such a manner that front flexible part packings 20, 27 and rear flexible part packings 21, 28 are disposed so as to sandwich the flexible printed circuit board 15 for coupling the first housing A1 to the second housing A2.
