PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an over current from flowing into a motor even when the failure of a jam of coins takes place and the motor starts. SOLUTION: A coin dispensing machine includes a bucket 100 for storing a plurality of coins 500; a rotation disk 200 placed on the bottom of the bucket 100 and formed with a plurality of openings 211 for accepting the coins 500 in a ring shape; and a motor 260 for driving to rotate the disk 200, and sequentially dispenses the coins 500 accepted in the openings 211 by rotating the disk 200 by the motor 260. The machine further includes a current identifying part 21 for identifying the current flowing in the motor 260; and a current control part 22 for controlling a current so as to become not larger than a preset reference value, when the current identified by the identifying part 21 is reached the reference value.
