PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output device which is adaptive to LEDs having different specifications. SOLUTION: A CPU 31 outputs 18-bit image data in parallel. An LCD-I/F 32 divides the 18-bit image data into 9-bit image data and outputs the 9-bit image data twice. A shifter 33 outputs the 9-bit image data according to specifications of an LCD 5. When the LCD 5 has specifications such that the 9-bit image data are inputted from input terminals F7 to F15, the 9-bit image data are outputted from output terminals E7 to E15.
