[Also in Divisions A4 and D1] A flexible weight for weighting skirts comprises a flexible tube of a synthetic resin containing a plurality of weight members which are held firmly in place by the bore of the tube which is of reduced cross-sectional area between the weight members. The tube can be made of a heatshrinkable resin, e.g. polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride or thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene. The weight pieces can be of lead or alloys of lead with, for example, bismuth or antimony.
