PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a copolymer composition that produces vulcanized rubber having excellent damping properties, bleed-out resistance and low-temperature flexibility. SOLUTION: The copolymer composition comprises 100 parts wt. of a copolymer (A) that has 50-85 mol% ethylene content, 10-200 Mooney viscosity ML1+4 (100°C) and is composed of ethylene and a 3-20Cα-olefin and optionally a nonconjugated polyene, 5-100 parts wt. of a polymer (B) that has≤30 mm<SP>2</SP>/s kinematic viscosity at 100°C and is composed of one or more kinds 6-20Cα-olefins based on 100 parts wt. of the component (A) and 5-100 parts wt. of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer that has 40-90 mol% ethylene content and 0.15-0.6 dL/g intrinsic viscosity [η] measured in decalin at 135°C based on 100 parts wt. of the component (A).
