PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to compare a measured value on an image with a actual size of a subject and to grasp a relation with a magnification. SOLUTION: This radiation image display device for displaying an image shot by a radiation image conversion means by emitting radiation has: a magnification setting means for setting the magnification of the image; a measuring means for measuring a distance between prescribed positions on the image; a calculation means for calculating a distance between prescribed positions on the subject corresponding to the distance between the prescribed positions on the image based on the the magnification set by the magnification setting means and the distance measured by the measuring means; and a display means for simultaneously displaying the magnification set by the magnification setting means, the distance measured by the measuring means and the distance calculated by the calculation means.
