High strength foamed multi-component adhesive foam manufacture is mixed in an aerosol canister with separate chambers for each component and one chamber contains two or more propellant gases

Two active adhesive components(12,13) are stored separately in sealed chambers(7,8) of a pressurized canister(2). One(13) of the active components is mixed with two or more propellant gases, one having a critical temperature(tk) of >= -10[deg]C and the other with tk of not >-10[deg]C. Each chamber has an independent valve(3,4), both being operated by a single member, which releases the active components to allow then to mix together to form an adhesive. In one system one of the active components(13) is mixed with two gases, of which one has a critical temperature(tk) of not > -10[deg]C and the other a tk between -10[deg]C and +70[deg]C. In a second system one gas has a tk not >-10[deg]C and the other gas has a tk of >=+70[deg]C. In a third system one gas has a tk between -10[deg]C and +70[deg]C and the other gas a tk of >=+70[deg]C. The second active component(12) may be held in either a flexible pouch(7) or rigid container inside the canister. The pouch or rigid container contains either no propellant gas or one or more of the previously stated gases. Pouches have a cross-shaped rod for reliable emptying of the contents.
