<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fabric having strechability, water proofing properties, air permeability and reusability, and favorably suitable for being used particularly for a climatic protection garment. <P>SOLUTION: The fabric comprises layer structure elements containing woven, knitted or nonwoven fabric made of at least stretch-recovery binary fiber, and liner fabric containing waterproof elastic polymer film or coating made of the same polymer as the nonwoven fabric and having knitting structure in some cases.
