<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable small electrocardiogram recorder wherein a lead wire and electrodes are not separated from an electrocardiograph and various kinds of electrodes, the lead wire and the electrocardiograph are integrally stored. <P>SOLUTION: Only a first channel consisting of electrodes 1, 2 is arranged on one surface of a sheet-shaped base material, or a second channel consisting of electrodes 1, 3 is arranged together with the first channel. A grounded electrode is disposed between the electrode 1 and the electrode 2 and/or the electrode 3. An adhesive layer is arranged in an arbitrary part other than the electrodes. The electrocardiograph is set on the other surface of the sheet-shaped base material.
