<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent components such as a neutral fixing member from damage, even in the case a strong rotational force acts on a rotator in a fixed state at a neutral position with the neutral fixing member. <P>SOLUTION: The rotator 19 is fixed at the neutral position by fitting the neutral fixing member 28 to the rotator 19 of a roll connector 16 and engaging an engaging projection part 33 with an engaging hole 27 provided at the side of a stator 18. The engaging projection part 33 has a slanted part 35 formed. When a rotating force more than a given level acts on the rotator 19, the engaging projection part 33 is guided from the engaging hole 27 toward an engagement release direction by an action of the slanted part 35 to release the engagement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
