<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ATM having a sales payment function set in a store for reducing possibility that the payment of sales to the ATM by a store owner is made invalid. <P>SOLUTION: This ATM having a sales payment function is provided with a dead capacity detecting part for detecting the dead capacity of a paper money storing unit, a sales estimated value setting part for setting a sales estimated value, a dead capacity check part for judging whether or not the dead capacity detected by the dead capacity detecting part exceeds the sales estimated value of the sales estimated value setting part in a transaction stand-by time and a card processing part for reading the inputted card. When it is judged that the sales estimated value is smaller than the dead capacity of the paper money storing unit by the dead capacity check part, the payment processing is made executable, and when a card is inputted, and it is detected that the card owner is a store owner from the reading result of the card of the card processing part, normal money payment transaction or sales payment transaction processing is made valid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
