<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP telephone system by which an external line incoming call service can be executed to the incoming call from outside to an IP telephone of an extension by the operation on an Internet browser. <P>SOLUTION: When a PC 21 inputs a URL for connecting to a WEB server 5 and executes a reference request, the WEB server 5 reads out user names and name data of division names of the IP telephones 31-33 from an IP telephone information storage device 13 of a PBX 1 and local IP addresses, which are imparted by a DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server 5, and the WEB server 5 transmits them to the PC 21. The PC 21 displays the transferred data on the Internet browser. An operator designates the name of the user and the division name of the IP telephones 31-33 with which the operator desires to be connected. The connection request to the IP telephones 31-33 is transmitted from the PC 21 to the WEB server 5.
