PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for precisely judging abnormality of a tire. SOLUTION: A vehicle 10 comprises tires 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d of four wheels, and a vehicle body 12. A tire 20 is provided with a tire abnormality judging device 30 judging abnormality of the tire 20, a transmitter 40 transmitting judging results to the vehicle body 12, and a transmitting antenna 50. The vehicle body 12 is provided with a receiver 62 receiving judging results from the tire 20, a receiving antenna 60, an ECU 64 generally controlling the vehicle 10, a buzzer 70 and an alarm lamp 72 for notifying the judging results to users. A tire abnormality judging device 30 comprises a detection means detecting condition change of a laminar constituting part inside the tire, and a judging means fetching detection results from the detection means and judging abnormality of the laminar constituting part based on the detection results.
