PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a starting time about a resonance circuit and an oscillation circuit including a circuit for amplifying an output of the resonance circuit. SOLUTION: This oscillation circuit (100) having the resonance circuit (X1 and C1 to C3) and the amplifier circuit (Q1, Q2, R1 to R3 and C4) for amplifying the resonance of the resonance circuit (X1 and C1 to C3), has a current boost circuit (102) for boosting a bias current of the amplifier circuit (Q1, Q2, R1 to R3 and C4) and a latch circuit (103) for starting the current boost circuit (102) when power is supplied and latching the current boost circuit (102) in a stop state in accordance with an output of the amplifier circuit (Q1, Q2, R1 to R3 and C4) after starting the current boost circuit (102).
