PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an output buffer circuit capable of outputting either a low voltage signal of 3.3V or a high voltage signal of 5V with respect to a low voltage input signal of 3.3V with a simple circuit configuration, and an interface circuit using the buffer circuit. SOLUTION: Voltage Vref being gate voltage of a PMOS transistor 31 is changed in accordance with voltage of power supply voltage VCC1, a PMOS transistor 32 is serially connected to the PMOS transistor 31, and gate voltage of the PMOS transistor 32 is changed in accordance with the voltage of the power supply voltage VCC1.
